Privacy Policy

PacketCrew is operated by Von Taylor LLC, trading as Von Taylor Networks, 4717 Deer Park Rd, Owings Mills, MD 21117. Contact: Vontaylorllc@outlook.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

1. What we collect

• Account information: your email address, used for sign-in (magic link) and service notices.
• Your model API key: if you connect a key (e.g., OpenRouter), it is encrypted at rest with AES-GCM and never displayed in full, logged, or sold. Only you can use it.
• Usage data: agent runs, token counts, timestamps, and tool-call audit entries — used for your run history, spend ledger, and abuse prevention.
• Content you provide: configs, logs, and notes you submit to agents. This content is processed to generate outputs and is not used to train models.
• Billing information: handled by our merchant of record, Paddle. We do not see or store your full payment card details.

2. How we use it

We use your information to operate the service (accounts, agent runs, history), to send sign-in links and transactional email via Resend, to process subscriptions via Paddle, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Sharing

We share data only as needed to run the service:

• Paddle — subscription billing and tax handling.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Cloudflare — hosting, database, and CDN.
• Your model provider (e.g., OpenRouter) — receives your prompts when you run an agent, billed to your own key.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

4. Data security

Model API keys are encrypted at rest (AES-GCM) and transmitted over HTTPS. Access to production systems is limited. No method is 100% secure, but we apply industry-standard practices appropriate to the data we hold.

5. Retention

Account data and run history are kept while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing Vontaylorllc@outlook.com; we will delete or de-identify it within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax records held by Paddle).

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time via the contact above. If you are in a jurisdiction with additional privacy rights (such as the EU/UK GDPR or California), we will honor applicable requests.

7. Cookies

We use a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

8. Children

PacketCrew is a professional tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
